社会主义法治是我党根据法律治理国家的政治理念。社会主义和谐社会,是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。建设社会主义和谐社会就是建设社会主义法治社会,社会主义法治是建设社会主义和谐社会的政治保障,二者之间始终存在着这种依存的关系。社会主义法治在政治上,为社会主义和谐社会建设,从秩序、人权、正义、效益等方面起到了保障作用。

The socialist rule of law is the country＇s political idea of governing by law. A harmonious socialist society is a society of democratic rule of law, equity, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature. Building a harmonious socialist society is building a socialist society ruled by law; the socialist rule of law is political guarantee to build a harmonious socialist society. There is always such interdependence between them. Socialist rule of law played a role of safeguarding in politics, for the building of a harmonious socialist society, from the order, human rights, justice, efficiency and so on .
