街头诈骗案件的研究与对策

Study and measures of street deception cases

街头诈骗案件社会危害性较大,直接侵害人民群众的切身利益。由于案件的特殊性,侦破难度较大。现有的公安刑侦资料,又鲜有关于打击街头诈骗这一类案件的研究文献。笔者结合自身工作经验,用实证的研究方式,对街头诈骗案件的表现形式、危害性、特点、侦破对策、防范措施等问题进行一番较为系统的探讨。

The street deception cases are harmful to the society, directly against the vital interests of the people. Due to the particularity of the cases, the detection is more difficult. In the existing criminal investigation information, there is rarely research literature on the fight against street deception eases. The author combined his own work experience with empirical research to discuss the manifestations, harmfulness, characteristics, the detection measures, prevention measures and other issues of Street deception cases more systematically.
