摘要
目的探讨术前访视教学方法,激发本科护生潜力,提高其学习和交流能力。方法对28名护理本科生采用示教法、经验传授法、模拟教学法、案例教学法和访谈法相结合的综合培训后,教学组就术前访视率、患者满意度、患者对术前访视内容的反馈和护生反映等方面进行评价。结果患者对术前访视满意度为100.00%,达到术前访视目的,护生的学习和交流能力得以提高。结论经过系列培训,本科护生能满足患者需求,胜任术前访视者角色。
Objective To explore the teaching methods of pre - operative visit for undergraduate nursing students,so as to motivate their potential and improve their learning abilities and communication skills. Methods Twenty - eight nursing students were trained by the combination methods of demonstration,experience teaching,simulation experiment,ease study and interview. Then, the effects were evaluated from the perspectives of pre -operative visit rate, patient' s satisfaction, patients' feedback as well as students ' satisfaction. Results The patients ' satisfaction with pre - operative visit was 100.00% , which achieved the purpose of pre - operative visit and improved the students' learning abilities and communication skills. Conclusion The undergraduate nursing students can meet the needs of patients and play the role of the pre - operative visit after the training.
