抗震救灾野战手术的组织管理与体会

The organization and experience of field surgery during earthquake rescue

目的探讨抗震救灾中野战手术的组织管理方法。方法在野战手术车上展开手术。合理调配护理人员,制订岗位职责及工作流程。建立野战条件下手术车的管理制度及人员、物资的管理流程。结果野战条件下完成80例手术,未发生感染等并发症。结论野战条件下良好的组织管理是实施安全、快速救治的关键。

Objective To explore the methods of organization and management in field surgery （luring earthquake reseue. Methods During the earthquake rescue, the surgeries were performed in field operation vehicle. We established the vehicle management rules and regulations through the organization of earthquake rescue work. And based on the experience of surgeries in field operation vehicle, we developed the management procedure of the staff and materials. Result Eighty surgeries were performed with no infection and other complications. Conclusion Under fieht conditions,good organization is the key point to ensure safe and fast treatment.
