Objective To explore the application of ＂ no action＂ management ideas among head nurses. Methods The management measures included taking rewards behaviors,scientific management and risk management to improve the head nurses＇management level,and to ensure the effectivity and feasibility. Results Tius practice enhanced the team efficacy and promoted the quality of nursing continuously. Conclusion The application of＂no action＂ management ideas among head nurses can improve the head nurses＇ management level,motivate the nurses＇ working enthusiasm and positivity,and improve the efficiency and quality of nursing.
