摘要
通过对酸柚、香橙、枳、宜昌橙、酒饼5种砧木的梁平柚叶片GA3、ABA、ZT和CTK等内源激素含量的测定,以期探讨砧木影响接穗生长的内源激素作用机理。结果表明,生长激素和抑制激素含量的平衡比单一激素绝对含量对树体生长影响更重要;乔化砧酸柚、香橙使接穗表现乔化的原因是GA3/ABA、(ZT+CTK)/ABA、(ZT+CTK+GA3)/ABA值较高,矮化砧酒饼、宜昌橙则较低,半矮化砧枳则介于二者之间。
Contents of endogenous GA3、ABA、ZT、CTK in the leaves of Liangping pummelo(Citrus grandis Osbeck) on different rootstocks were determined by HPLC. The effect of the ratio of growth hormone and inhibition hormones is more important than that of the content of hormone on the tree growth of pummelo grafted on different stocks. The ratios of GA3/ABA,ZT+CTK/ABA and ZT+CTK+GA3/ABA in the trees with vigorous rootstock such as C. grandis and C. junos are higher than that of the trees with dwarf rootstock such as C. ichangensis and Severinia buxifolia. Above ratios of the tree with semidwarf rootstock,P. trifoliata is intermediate between the tree with vigorous rootstock and the tree with dwarf rootstock.
