Combined measurement of maternal serum estriol an human placetal lactonen for determination of fetus-placenta function

目的：探讨血清雌三醇（E3）和胎盘泌乳素（HPL）联合测定监测胎儿-胎盘功能的应用价值。方法：对237例28孕周以上正常孕妇及63例疾病组孕妇E3和HPL水平进行放射免疫分析（RIA）测定。结果：妊娠合并高血压、胎儿宫内发育迟缓、妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇E3与HPL水平明显低于相同孕周的正常对照组;E3与HPL之间两者呈正相关;疾病组E3与HPL测定阳性率低于联合测定。结论：联合测定能大幅提高胎儿-胎盘功能低下的诊断率。

Objective：To evaluate the value of combined measurement of matemel serum serum estriol（E3） and human placetal lactogen（HPL） for determination of fetus-placenta function. Methods ：Serum E3 and HPL levels were measured with RIA in 237 pregnant women and 63 women with high risk pregnancy. Results ：The E3 and HPL levels of high risk pregnancy were lower than normal control. The serum E3 and HPL levels were positive correlation. In high risk pregnancy. Combined measurement of matemal sarum estriol and human plaeetal lactogen sensitive than separable program. Conclusion：Tombined measurement of matemal sarum estriol and human placetal laetogen isuseful determination of fetus-placenta function.
