摘要
目的:通过调查上海电力医院2007年度麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院2007年度麻醉性镇痛药的品种、消耗量和用药频度等进行统计分析。结果:本院麻醉性镇痛药的使用较为稳定,盐酸哌替啶注射液的使用率相当高,用量及用药频度较高,吗啡的用量较往年有所提高,但在麻醉性镇痛药所占的比例依然不高,芬太尼贴剂的用药频度很小。结论:本院2007年度的麻醉性镇痛药的使用仍然不尽合理,尚存在盐酸哌替啶注射液用量较大和用量频度较高等问题。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital in 2007 so as to offer references for clinical rational use of Narcotic Analgesics. METHODS： The utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital in 2007 was analyzed statistically in respect of the drug variety, consumption quantity and DDDs etc. RESULTS： The use of Narcotic Analgesics was quite stable; the use of Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection showed a quite high proportion either in consumption quantity and DDDs; the consumption quantity of morphine increased a little than the previous years, but its proportion in the narcotic analgesic remained low; and the DDDs of Fentanyl was quite low. CONCLUSION： The utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in our hospital in 2007 was irrational to some degree such as the consumption quantity and the DDDs of Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection were still on the high side.
