摘要
目的:探讨丹参及其制剂不良反应发生的特点及规律。方法:采用《中国医院知识仓库》进行检索并查阅原始文献,对1994～2007年国内公开发行的医药期刊有关丹参所致不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:丹参及其制剂所致不良反应主要多发于用药30分钟以内,且多发于50～59岁年龄组,主要表现为皮肤过敏反应、过敏性休克、心血管系统反应、消化系统反应等,其中过敏性休克发生的比例最高。结论:临床医生、药师及护士应重视丹参及其制剂所致的不良反应,以确保用药合理、安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the manifestation characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions induced by Danshen and its preparations. METHODS： 87 ADR cases induced by Danshen and Danshen preparations reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals between 1994 and 2007 were retrieved from CHKD and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The ADRs of Danshen and its preparations commonly occurred within thirty minutes after drug use and the ADRs presented mostly in patients aged from 50 to 59 and manifested as dermato-allergic reaction, anaphylactic shock, cardiovascular system reactions and digestive system reactions ete, with anaphylaetie shock showing the highest incidence. CONCLUSION： Clinicians, pharmacists and nurses should pay attention to ADRs induced by Danshen and its preparations to ensure rational, safe and effective use of this kind of drugs.
