The inverter control system which is composed of Servo （converter） will meet a wide range of failure phenomenon in the application process. We have accumulated some experiences in the process of maintance and handling the fault. Analyzing the fault phenomenon of Lenze 9300 series inverter can apply the reference to everyone in maintance. It will reduce the time to deal with the failure of the converter. In addition, it will improve the environment conditions for the board to deal with spray paint. Moreover, it can reduce the failure rate of converter and improve the utilization rate.
