摘要
由三氯锗丙酸(Ⅰ)与碘化钠反应合成了三碘锗丙酸(Ⅱ),并在硫酸铁催化下,由Ⅰ,Ⅱ分别与甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇反应得到了相应的三氯锗丙酸酯(Ⅲ_(a~c))和三碘锗丙酸酯(Ⅳ_(a~c);Ⅲ_(a~c)与碘化钠反应得到了三碘锗丙酸酯Ⅳ_(a~c)。
Triiodo-2-carboxyethyl germanium and its esters were prepared by the reaction of trichloro- 2-carboxyethyl germanium with sodium iodide. Trihalo-2-carboxyethyl germanium (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) were esterified by its reaction with alcohols (CH_3OH, C_2H_5OH, (CH_3)_2CHOH) in the presence of Fe_2(SO_4)_3 used as a catalyst, and esters (Ⅲ_(a~c), Ⅳ_(a~c)) were obtained.
