本文根据区域经济学中的发展极、发展轴、发展网络、圈层、城市群、产业集群等理论,探讨了"双转移"对促进区域城乡协调、优化区域产业布局、加快转变发展方式等可能产生的"点、线、面、圈、群"效应,强调为了有效实施"双转移"举措,必须扬上述效应之长,避其所短。

This paper,based on the theories of Growt h Pole,Development Axis,Development network,Circle Layer,Megalopolis and Industrial Cluster in the regional economics,discusses the possible effects of ＂the spot,the line,the surface,the circle,the group ＂of the ＂ Double Transfer＂ on promoting the coordination in the regional cities and countries,optimizing the regional industry layout and speeding up the transformation and the way of development.It emphasizes on fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses of the effects in order to effectively implement the act of the ＂Double Transfer＂.
