摘要
近年来我国房地产投资过热、房价持续高涨,中央政府先后出台了一系列的宏观调控政策,但调控效果却极为有限。本文从政府宏观调控本身所面临的两难选择决策困境这一全新视角出发,剖析了导致宏观调控失效的十大调控悖论,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策措施,供房地产宏观调控研究和决策参考。
In recent years,fast-growing in real estate investment and lasting increasing in department price are serious problems in China.Macroeconomic control policies so far taken by the central government have limited effect on controlling deparment market.In this research,ten paradoxes which induced the disabled policies in real estate macroeconomic control were discussed,and suggestions are taken by the author.
