摘要
本文首先介绍美国纳斯达克市场以及香港创业板市场的概况并着重分析了两者的相同点和差异点。进而根据对比结果,总结两者的经验对我国创业板市场建立的启示,为我国的创业板市场的建立提供建议。
This article first introduced the U.S.Nasdaq market as well as the second board market in Hong Kong,and profile focused on the analysis of both similarities and differences in the points.According to the results of the comparison,this article summed up the inspiration from the experience of the two kinds of markets and raised advice to the process of building Chinese second board market.
