摘要
在国家"走出去"战略的指引下,国内企业——特别是国内的民营企业纷纷采用红筹方式实现海外上市。与此同时,红筹上市引发其监管问题,有待国内政府职能部门的监管方式和监管手段做出适时的调整。本文对我国民营企业红筹上市的监管问题进行了分析,并对我国红筹上市法律监管的完善问题提出了建议。
Inspired by the ＂Stepping Out＂ national policy,more and more domestic enterprises,especially the private -invested companies are going out to be listed on the foreign capital markets.As the other part of a coin,its also raise the questions of supervision for the government organs to solve.The article anlyzses our government’s supervision to private enter-prise’s red-chips listing,and puts forward some advice to make it perfect.
