科技创新是民营科技企业发展的源泉,又是民营科技企业发展的薄弱环节。本文首先阐述了湖北省民营科技企业发展的状况,然后论述了其民营科技企业科技创新存在的问题,最后提出建立企业科技创新平台的建议和对策,以解决湖北民营科技企业科技创新难的问题。

Science and technology innovation is the development source of private scientific and technological enterprise,and is also its weak link in the enterprise development.This paper describes the development situation of private technology enterprises in Hubei Province,and then discusses the problem of their technology innovation,finally proposes the establishment of scientific and technological innovation platform which is the effective way to resolve the problem of scientific and technological innovation for the private technology enterprises in Hubei.
