摘要
中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立及"中国—东盟博览会"的举行,促使广西会展业迅速发展并独具"东盟"特色,但能适应该特色的会展管理高级人才的缺乏制约了广西会展业的进一步发展。本文运用战略管理理论,对面向中国—东盟的会展管理高级人才培养举行了SWOT分析,提出了人才培养的战略目标以及相应的战略实施对策。
With the development of China-ASEAN FTA and the holding of CAEXPO in Nanning,Guangxi exposition industry develops quickly and becomes unique with the "ASEAN" characteristic.However,lack of exposition management talent fit to this characteristic restrained higher development of Guangxi exposition industry.This paper uses strategy management theory to analyze SWOT of China -ASEAN based exposition management talent training and proposes strategy aims and executive tactics for it.
