Along with our country＇s economy and tourism industry growth,for economical hotels,having more chance for the development of this new type of hotel in China＇s market. The concept and function of economical hotel is defined in this paper,analyses the main problem and present state of the economical hotel development,puts forward the methods of future development of the industry,so as to make corresponding countermeasures for the investment risks of economical hotel.
