本文就政府行为对中小企业信用担保的影响进行深入的探讨。文章主要分析信用担保和政府行为在中小企业信贷融资中发挥作用的经济学原理;并对政府行为的角色定位和担保方式选择做了尝试性的探索。

The paper gives an in-depth discussion abo ut the effect of the government behaviors in Small and Middle-sized Enterprises（SMEs） credit guarantee.In this article,we mainly analyze the econ omic principles how the credit security and government behavior to work on financing for SMEs.And,we attempt to discuss the role that the government plays and the guarantee way it choose in the process of financing for SMEs.
