谷保防霉剂对高水分菜籽防霉试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用新型粮食防霉剂“谷保”进行了高水分油菜籽保管试验,试验期间对菜籽温度,霉菌,水分,含油率,酸价,色泽气味及发芽率几项指标进行了检测分析,结果表明,拌有谷工简易密闭保管的菜籽,12%~15%水分时,能完全保管40d~50d,除酸度增加,发芽率降低外,含油率等主要指标没有显著变化,菜籽水分为24.6%时,也能安全保管20d,谷保防霉剂的防霉效果因菜籽水分及防霉剂用量的不同而有所差异。 A new grain fungicidge-Gubao was used to prevent mold in rapeseed of high moisture content. The temperature, mold, oil content, moisture content. acid value.colour, odor and germination of the rapeseed during storage were analysed. The results showed that the rapeseed of 12- 15 %m. c which was mixed with Gubao and was sealed can safely keep for 40- 50 days, and no significant changes in main indexes such as oil content except acidity increasing and germination reducing. The rapeseed of 24. 6% m. c can safely keep 20 days. The effect of Gubao is different with the moisture content of rapeseeds and dosages.
