藏边大黄中茋类化合物Piceatannol的含量测定

Determination of piceatannol in Rhubarb from Rheum emodi Wall.

目的:建立藏边大黄中茋类化合物Piceatannol的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75,V/V);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为325nm;柱温为30℃。结果:Piceatannol在0.0591～0.5910μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.01%,RSD为0.76%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为藏边大黄药材品质评价的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Pieeatannol in Rhubarb from Rheum emodi Wall. Methods： HPLC was adopted.A Kromasil C18 column （150 mm×4.6mm, 5μm） was used with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （25：75, V/V）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was maintained at 30℃,the detective wavelength was set at 325 nm. Results： This method had good linearity in the range of 0.0591±0.5910μg（r=- 0.999 8）, and the average recovery was 98.01% with a RSD of 0.76% for Pieeatannol. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Rhubarb from Rheum emodi Wall.
