摘要
福建南平西城大桥为三跨连续刚构桥,其4个水中Y形墩采用板式预应力钢筋混凝土结构,0号块为纵竖双向预应力墩顶箱梁。根据Y形墩和箱梁0号块特点,设计其模板及支架。介绍了钢筋绑扎,预应力钢绞线、波纹管铺设,模板拼装,混凝土浇筑、养护及Y形墩斜腿锁固等关键施工技术。Y形墩和0号块一次浇筑成功,墩身没有产生裂纹,成墩质量、外观、线形均达到了预期目标。
Nanping Xicheng Bridge is a three-span continuous rigid bridge in Fujian. Its four Y-shaped piers are plate prestressed concrete structures in water. And its start element is two-way prestressed box-girder on piers. Formwork and supporting frames are designed according to characteristics of Y-shaped piers and start dement. Key construction technologies are introduced in this paper, such as steel bar binding, laying of prestressed steel strands and bellows, forruwork assembling, concrete pouting and curing as well as locking of inclined legs in Y-shaped piers. The Y-shaped piers and start dement are poured for one time, and there are no cracks on the piers. Quality, appearance and line-shape of piers can reach anticipated goals.
