摘要
南京威孚金宁有限公司第二联合厂房用于生产精密设备,对沉降要求较高。其软基采用真空联合堆载预压法加固处理。根据场地条件和土层特性,采用软式透水管与薄层砂垫层组成的新型水平排水体,并进行精心设计和施工。与单纯用厚度较大砂垫层组成的水平排水体相比,新型水平排水体可大幅度降低工程造价,并能有效地保证真空预压所需真空度,促使地基发生持续有效的固结变形和强度增长。
The second compound workshop in Nanjing Weifujinning Limited Company is designed for producing precision equipments, so its settlement should be controlled strictly. The foundation in soft soil is reinforced by vacuum preloading method. Based on field conditions and soil characteristics, a new kind of horizontal drainage material is adopted, which is composed of flexible permeable pile and thin sand layer. Comparing with the horizontal drainage material composed of thick sand layer, the new material can greatly reduce the projects cost, and can effectively guarantee vacuum, as well as make the strength of reinforced foundation increase constantly.
