摘要
蚌埠复线船闸工程地质结构复杂,与老船闸间距较近,船闸基坑开挖断面砂层分布较厚,地下水位较高。为保证船闸基础施工质量,在基坑四周布设封闭的高压摆喷截渗墙,截断船闸周围与基坑间地下水渗透。施工前,通过围井试验,拟定合理的施工参数,施工中采取措施保证孔位及孔垂直度,确保成墙质量,并在墙内外布置水位测压管,监测水位变化。高压摆喷截渗墙技术的成功使用,取得了良好的截渗效果。
The Bengbu multiple tracks sluice engineering has complex geology structure. It is near to the old sluice, Furthermore, there are thick sand layers at foundation excavation section and high subsoil water level. In order to guarantee construction quality of sluice foundation, sealed high pressure swing grouting cutting infiltration wall is used around foundation excavation to cut-off water seepage. Enclosed well test is done to decide reasonable construction parameters before construction. Some measures are chosen to guarantee holes position and verticality. Water level inside and outside the wall is respectively measured with measuring tube. Good cutting infiltration effect proves that the technology is successful.
