摘要 CCTV新址主楼具有钢结构体量大、复杂节点多的特点,防火涂料施工为钢结构的重要工序,对主体结构抗火功能有关键作用。结合厚型防火涂料和超薄型防火涂料的主要性能,对结构各部位采用不同的涂装厚度,确定合适的施工工艺。分别介绍钢结构防火涂料的主要技术指标和施工过程;重点介绍F37底部钢结构、斜塔楼F37、F39及悬臂F39底部钢结构防火涂料施工。整个工程防火涂料施工经历了2年时间,未发现涂料脱落和裂纹。 There are large amotmt of steel structure and complex joints in main building of CCTV New Station. Fireproof coating construction is one of key construction procedures for improving main structure's fireproof ability. Based on main material capability of thick and super-thin fireproof coating, different coating thicknesses are adopted at different points, then reasonable construction technologies are decided. Main technical index and construction process are introduced. Fireproof coating in different parts is emphasized, including steel structure in bottom of F37, F37 and F39 of inclined tower as well as bottom of F39. Fireproof coating for the whole project has been constructed for two years, and there is no fireprcof coating fall and crack.
