摘要
玉华煤矿大直径原煤缓冲仓仓壁采用滑模系统施工。以三角桁架和压力环作为主体受力结构操作平台,解决了操作平台直径大引起的刚度不足问题。L形支撑保证了模板提升过程中的稳定性。对原煤筒仓仓壁混凝土分组、分区域、分层浇注,解决了混凝土浇注区段过长引起的温度应力问题。实践证明,该法施工速度快、机械化程度高、经济效益明显。
This paper introduces slipform construction of large diameter raw-coal buffer silo wall in Yuhua Coal Mine. Triangle truss and pressure circle are designed as main beating structure to increase rigidity of large diameter operation platform. L-shaped supporting keeps stability of platform during formwork lifting. Temperature stress induced by long pouring section is prevented by pouting concrete in different groups, areas and layers. It proves that the mentioned methods have advantages of fast construction speed, high mechanization degree and obvious economical effect.
