摘要
在弱酸性介质和氟离子存在下,以二乙氨基乙醇为模板剂,采用水热法合成了磷酸锗铝分子筛GeAPO-5。并对其结构和性能进行了表征。研究确证了Ge对AlPO_4-5分子筛骨架的同晶取代。
A GeAPO-5 molecular Sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization from a mixture containing fluride ions and by using N, N-diethyl-ethanolamine (C_6H_(15)NO) as template agent. The germanium aluminophosphate molecular sieve (GeAPO-5)was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction analysis, parameters of the unit cell, chemical composition, electron probe, high resolution magic-angle-spining solid state ^(31)p and ^(27)Al nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectra, surface acidity and DTA, TG. These results show that the structure of GeAPO-5 is AlPO_4-5 type and germanium were incorporated into the framework of GeAPO-5 molecular sieve.
