摘要 通过用地塞米松处理鸡和用特异性抗原作刺激因子的微量全血淋巴细胞转化试验(LPA),研究了雏鸡抗Eimeriamaxima再感染中细胞免疫现象。结果表明,地塞米松处理可损伤鸡抗E.maxima再感染的免疫力。这提示了CD8+T细胞、γ-IFN及IL—2等在抗E.maxima再感染中的作用。利用E.maxima卵囊抗原作刺激因子的微量全血LPA结果表明,其刺激指数值与鸡抗E.maxima再感染抵抗力有关。此反应可用于体外监测鸡体抗E.maxima再感染的抵抗力。 The cellular immune responses of chickens to Eimeria maxima reinfection were examined by treating immune chickens with dexamethasone(DEX) and conducting whole blood lymphocyte proliferation assays(LPA)using specific antigens.After challenged with E.maxima,the immunized chickens treated with DEX shed some oocysts while other immunized chickens not treated with DEX shed no oocysts.The results showed that DEX impaired the complete immunity of the immunized chickens to E.maxima reinfection,which suggested that T lymphocytes bearing CD8 antigen,gamma-interferon(IFN-γ)and interleukin-2(IL-2)etc.might play a role in the host defense against E.maxima reinfection.The resulte of the LPA using E.maxima oocyst antigens as stimulants revealed that the stimulation indexes(SI)were associated with the protective immunity of chickens to E.maxima reinfection.Therefore,the LPA could be used to assess in vitro the protective immunity of chickens to E.maxima reinfection.
