摘要 研究了热处理条件对用喷雾沉积法制备BiSCaCuO膜的超导电性的影响。实验表明,膜的超导转变温度对热处理条件是十分灵敏的,最好的热处理条件是:在890℃烧结3 min后迅速降到860℃再恒温30min,然后以10℃/min的速率降至室温。 The influence of heat-treatment conditions on the superconductivity of BiSrCaCuO films prepared by spray deposition was investigated. The investigation indicates that the superconducting transition temperature of films is very sensitive to the heat-treatment conditions. The best film with an onset temperature of supercondutivity at around 100 K and zero resistance temperature at 76 K was obtained by annealing at 890 °C for 3 min followed by sintering at 860 °C for 30 min and cooling to room-temperature at a rate of 10 °C/min. X-ray diffraction measurements show that the film is highly textured with the c-axis normal to the suhstrate surface.
