栽培稻机动细胞硅酸体形态性状的主成分分析 被引量:6

摘要 为更好地描述水稻叶片机动细胞硅酸体的形态特征及其在籼、粳亚种间的差异,对来自我国的52个地方品种和65个改良品种以及来自亚洲各国的97个地方品种硅酸体的长、宽、厚和形状系数b/a4个形态性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明,硅酸体的4个形态性状可以简单地用第1和第2两个主成分表示,并把这两个主成分分别定义为“大小因子”和“形状因子”。两个主成分对4个形态性状总变异的贡献率为84.10%~89.52%,其中47.55%~71.94%的变异来自硅酸体的大小因子。同时,大小因子和形状因子恰好可以用于描述机动细胞硅酸体形态在籼、粳亚种间的变异,根据主成分进行籼粳判别的效率可达85%~90%。3组水稻样本的分析结果趋势一致,表明用主成分进行籼粳判别具有普遍的适用意义。 To describe more clearly the morphological characteristics of silica bodies from motor cells in rice( Oryza sativa L.) and their difference between indica and japonica , data on four morphological characters-vertical length(VL),horizontal length(HL),lateral length(LL) and shape coefficient(b/a)of silica bodies from motor cells in 52 native varieties(sample 1) and 65 improved varieties(sample 2) from China and 97 native varieties from different Asian countries(sample 3) were subjected to the principal component analysis.The results revealed that the four morphological characters of silica body could be described by the first and second principal components, which were defined as the “size factor” and “shape factor”,respectively.They could be used for describing the trend of differentiation between the shapes of silica bodies in indica and japonica varieties of rice.The two principal components make 84 10%-89 52% contribution to the total variation in the four original morphological characters of silica body;47 55%-71 94% of the total variance is due to variation in the size factor of silica body.Probabilities of discrimination between indica and japonica varieties based on the principal components could be up to 85%-90%.Similar results obtained for the three samples implied that the principal components may have universal usefulness in discriminating between indica and japonica varieties of rice.
