摘要
分别在NH_4OH和NaOH介质中用羟基铝低聚物交联临安土和累托石。结果表明,二种介质中均能制得交联产物,且NH_4OH介质中交联物的表面酸性、异丙苯裂解活性均高于NaOH介质中的交联产物。从而体现了NH_4OH介质中交联的优越性。
The aluminium hydroxy polymers were prepared in NH_4OH and NaOH media respectively, then pillared Linan montmorillonite and rectorite were prepared with them. The optimum crosslinking condition in NH_4OH medium was found.The pillared clays were characterized with XRD, NH_3-TPD, IR spectrum of vacuum pyridine adsorption. The catalytic activity of them was evaluated for cumene cracking.The results show that the H-type of pillared clays could be prepared directly in NH_4OH medium. The acidity and activity of the pillared clay prepared in NH_4OH medium were preferable to those of the pillared clay prepared in NaOH medium.The acidity and activity of pillared clay decreased when the calcinated temperature was raised.
