摘要
用热力学模型对采用大偏心双曲柄连杆机构高速柴油机的工作循环进行了对比计算。结果表明,大偏心双曲柄连杆机构由于燃烧期间活塞从上止点下移较慢,燃烧过程的及时性较好,使指示效率比常规发动机提高了3%左右。这进一步揭示了双曲柄连杆机构高速柴油机[1]具有较好性能的原因。
Comparative calculations of in cylinder processes were performed for conventional S195 diesel engine and SLG195 diesel engine with large offset crank conrod mechanism by means of thermodynamic cycle simulation. Results showed time loss decrease due to relative slow motion of piston during combustion process in offset crank mechanism improves engine indicative parameters by about 3% as compared with conventional engine, revealing encouraging possibility of developed engine with dual symmetric crank conrod mechanism .
