摘要
用等温饱和法测定固体电解质氧化物陶瓷在冰晶石熔盐中的溶解度,采用SEM,EDS和XRF研究固体电解质的电解腐蚀行为。结果表明,氧化钇稳定的氧化锆固体电解质在冰晶石熔盐中钇和锆的饱和溶解度分别是0.077%和0.285%,且通过计算固体电解质在不带电条件下的腐蚀率为2.5×10-3mm/h,而带电条件下的腐蚀率仅为1.5×10-3mm/h。固体电解质在带电条件下于冰晶石熔盐中呈现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。
The corrosion cate that corrosion solubility of Y and Zr in cryolite molten salt is determined with an isothermal saturation method. The behavior of solid electrolyte in cryolite molten salt is studied by SEM, EDS and XRF. The results indi- the solubility, of Y and Zr from solid electrolyte in melts is 0.077 % and 0. 285 %, respectively, and the rate of the anode is 1,5 × 10^-3mm/h while the corrosion rate is 2.5 × 10-3mm/h in electroless condition. The solid electrolyte shows a good resistive ability to cryolite molten salt in the condition of electrification.
