摘要
以聚丙烯无纺布为基材,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,采用辐射接枝共聚的方法制备接枝共聚物,再功能化处理制成阴离子交换纤维,并应用其处理含氰废水。交换纤维制备的最佳工艺条件是温度65℃、时间2h、单体浓度20%、交联剂5%、阻聚剂0.3g。最佳条件下的接枝率为6.46%。功能化后的聚丙烯阴离子交换无纺布,交换容量可达5.26%。接枝共聚-功能化后所得的聚丙烯基离子交换无纺布,可以吸附含氰废液中的氰,饱和吸附量为1534.1mg/g,且随着接枝率的增大,其对含氰废液中氰的吸附效果越来越好。
This paper probed preparation of a kind anion-exchange fabric which was first by radiation grafting copolymerization with preirradiated polypropylene non-woven fabric as substrate and methyl methacrylate as the monomer and then by functionalization treatment. Its original application in cyanide-containing wastewater was also investigated.
