摘要
运用红外线波长为0.8μm~4.0μm的高温红外热对大豆进行热加工,得出了加热过程中能耗与辐射强度的相关曲线;在理论分析的基础上,运用回归法对实验数据进行处理,给出了能耗与辐射强度相互关系的数学模型,证明了高温红外热加工大豆具有最佳工作参数。
Applying the infrared hot method (the wavelength of infrared ray is 0 8 μm-4 0 μm) to process soybean, the interrelated curve between energy loss and radiation intensity is obtained. On the basis of theory analysis, using the regression method to process experimental data, a mathematical model about the interrelation between energy consumption and radiation intensity is constructed. It is proved that infrared hot process for soybean has the optimum working parameter.
