摘要
采用线性独立矢量法[3]对往复式劈半锯的惯性力和惯性力偶矩进行了分析。推导出劈半锯工作时机构所受惯性力和惯性力偶矩的精确表达式,并根据此表达式建立了优化目标函数。对函数优化求解,确定了往复运动机构的最佳质径积参数,重新设计了劈半锯。使该类型劈半锯的振动和噪声明显地减小。
This paper analyses the reciprocating splitting saw by way of linear independent vector. We get the accurate equations of inertia force and moment of inertia produced by the mechanism unbalance. On the basis of these, we establish the optimal target functions for limiting inertia force and moment of inertia, then gain the solution of these functions by computer and determine the optimum parameters of crank and block reciprocating mechanism. According to these parameters, we redesign a new machine. The experiment shows the vibration and noise of splitting saw can be reduced greatly.
