摘要
针对机械密封加工的关键工序,即端面研磨中的问题,探讨了提高机械密封研磨面形精度的方法。通过控制研磨参数,使得磨具磨损均匀,从而保证磨具面形精度。得出了保证磨具均匀磨损的条件,分析了有关影响因素。根据这一理论设计磨具,选择研磨参数,进行实验,取得了很好的效果。
In view of the problems existing in key process of machining mechanical seals i.e. surface lapping, this paper discusses a method to increase mechanical seal surface accuracy by lapping. This method is to control lapping parameters, make lapping tool wear well distributedly and thus assures lapping tool surface accuracy. This paper derives the condition of realizing lapping tool well distributed wear and analyzes relative affecting factors. According to this theory we designed the lapping tools and chose lapping parameters to do experiments. The results we got are excellent.
