摘要 提出了CO2气体保护焊短路过渡的和谐控制思想,并建立了相应的控制系统。该系统以焊接电流为唯一设定参数,自动确定与调整电弧电压和送丝速度等主要参数;在此基础上,以短路过渡特征参数为目标函数,通过特征参数的检测和目标函数的寻优,对电弧电压粗选值实时微调,实现CO2气体保护焊短路过渡规范参数的和谐实时控制。 The harmonious control idea of the short circuiting transfer of the CO 2 shielded arc welding is put forward in this paper,and its control system is set up. The welding current is only given parameter in this system. The electrode feed speed and the arc voltage can be determined and adjusted automatically. On this basis, the characteristic parameters of the short circuiting transfer are acted as target functions. By means of the detection of the characteristic parameters and the optimization of the target functions, the rough table value of the voltage can be real time adjusted in a little amount. So the welding parameters of the short circuiting transfer can be real time controlled harmoniously.
