摘要
用单片微机、步进电机、齿形传动带、金属探针为主要部件设计成智能型探针式水层深度测试仪,其制造工艺、造价、耐久性等方面的性能显著优于其他任何方法。经试验测定,容易做到误差小于0.1mm、量程大于100mm,符合水利部颁发的《灌溉试验规范》中所规定的要求。与远端的主机通讯以DTMF信号为媒体,方法独特,具有多种优点,在速度要求较低的场合有很强的实用性。
A new type of field water depth gauge is introduced in this paper, which is composed of micro computer, step motor, rack belt and stainless metal sensing needle. Its advantages over any other methods are the manufacturing technology, cost and durability. Proved by experiments, the tolerance is within 0 1 mm and the measurement range over 100 mm, which meet the requirement of the regulation of irrigation experiment by the water conservancy department. It can communicate to remote PC with DTMF signal. In situations of no high speed requirement, this method is superior and applicable to others.
