车用发动机润滑油失效规律与更换周期研究

RESEARCH ON FAILURE LAW AND CHANGE PERIOD OF VEHICLE ENGINE OIL

研究在正常使用条件下１０Ｗ／３０－ＱＣ级润滑油用于某型车用发动机时所表现出的失效规律，确认其服从两参数Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布，并给出分布的尺度参数η和形状参数ｍ之最佳线性无偏估计（ＢＬＵＥ），同时，还为定量分析、计算车用发动机润滑油的使用可靠性和合理确定其更换周期提供了一套可供借鉴的方法，并给出了具体的计算实例。

This paper researches the failure law of 10W/30 QC engine oil used for EQ6100 engine in normal operational condition, carries on the distribution fitting of the failure mileage sample data got by the use of 10W/30 QC engine oil with the BLUE method, affirms the oil's failure law belonging to the Weibull distribution, and at the same time gives the distribution parameters η and m in BLUE. On the other hand, this paper also researches the questions of the failure law and use reliability of 10W/30 QC engine oil systematically, and provides reliable base for deciding the replacement period of engine oil according to the given reliability value R and a set of standard methods by which the use reliability of vehicle engine oil can be quantitatively analyzed and calculated. This paper also gives an actual calculative example.
