用正交优化法评价抗病诱导剂SRS_2防治烟草赤星病的效果

EVALUATING THE EFFECT OF THE RESISTANCE INDUCING AGENT SRS 2 BY POSITIVE-CROSS PERFECTING DESIGN TO CONTROL TOBACCO BROWN SPOT

采用正交优化法对抗病诱导剂ＳＲＳ２在田间防治烟草赤星病的效果作了试验评价，根据结果认为该制剂具有良好的药理特性和显著的防病效果。其最佳施药方法为烟株打顶后立即喷施该药剂，喷施浓度为１００倍。

Experimental design at positive-cross perfecting method was undertaken in the fields to evaluate the effect of the resistance inducing agent to control brown spot ,when fungicide Dimethach1on was used as reference.In terms of the overall properties of the agent two grades and 7 factors were involved in the disease control effect effeciency.The results of applying SRS 2 showed satisfactory effects in both pharmacologic properties and disease control.The agent should be applied immediately after topping at concentration of 100 time dilution.
