摘要
用60Co—γ射线300、500和700Gy处理芝麻良种豫芝4号干种子。从大约6万个M2植株中筛选出10个雄性不育株。对该10个雄性不育株M3、M4作进一步鉴定,获得了6个不育性状稳定、经济性状较好的雄性不育突变体。初步遗传研究表明,该6个雄性不育突变体为一对隐性基因控制的核型雄性不育突变体。
The dry seeds of a high yielding variety Yuzhi No.4 were irradiated by 60Co —γ rays with 300, 500 and 700 Gy. 10 male sterile plants were screened out from 60,000 M 2 plants. Through a further identification of the 10 male sterile plants in M 3 and M 4, 6 male sterile mutants were obtained. Result of a genetic research showed that the 6 male sterile mutants were genic male sterility (GMS).
