摘要
本文以鲜枸杞汁、山楂汁、蕃茄汁、胡萝卜、为原料,通过对原料复合比较,果汁配比、稳定剂筛选、工艺条件等试验,确定了枸杞复合果蔬汁饮料的加工工艺,制成的枸杞复合果蔬汁饮料营养丰富,酸甜适口,是一种老少皆宜的天然营养饮料。
This article explained how fresh Chinese Wolf berry juice,O haw juice, tomato juice and carrot juice are used as ingredients to prepare compound juice, by comparisons between dfferent compound juices, the tests are carried out on the percentge of each kinds of juice, on the choosing of the stabilizer and on the technique requirements. In the end, the processing techniques for the preparation of wolf berry fruit and vegetable juice are established. This drink is nutritious and tasty with a mixture of sweet and sour flavor. It is a natural and healthy drink for both youngaters and olds.
