种植技术在自体牙移植的临床研究

Clinical Study on Autogenous Teeth Transplantation with Dental Implant Surgical Techniques

目的:探讨牙种植技术在自体牙移植中的应用方法,评价其临床效果。方法:对20颗牙进行自体移植,其中,埋伏阻生牙移植16颗,前磨牙移植前牙缺失区4颗,应用Frialit-2种植工具完成移植窝制备,将埋伏牙或前磨牙完整拔出后移植于缺牙区,同期植入自体骨.托槽弓丝固定6周,移植4周后进行根管治疗。结果:经1～6年的随访,20颗移植牙均未发现牙根吸收松动等并发症。结论:应用种植技术实施自体牙移植具有去骨精确,骨损伤小,成功率高的优点,临床效果肯定。

Objective：To explore the application method for dental implant surgical technique in autogenous teeth transplantation and evaluate the clinical effects. Methods： Twenty teeth of 20 patients were made autotransplantation sixteen impacted tooth were transplanted into their normal positions,four premolars were transplanted into missing anterior spaces.The teeth transplantation area were prepared with Frialit- 2 appliance similar to the dental implant procedure. The impacted tooth or the premolar was extracted and implanted in the prepared bone area .The autogenous bone was implanted immediately in bone defect betweeen tooth and alveolar bone. The implanted tooth was fixed with orthdontic bracket and wires for 6 weeks. Four weeks after surgical procedure root canal theraphy was underwent. Results： Through one to six years clinical observation, twenty teeth were stable with no sign of inflammatory resporption or periapical lesion.Conclusion：The appliance of dental implant surgical techniques were valuable in autogenous teeth transplantation.This method had many advantages such as accuration ,less bone trauma and high success rate. Its clinical effect was undoubtedly.
