花斑皮蠹生物学特性研究

Biological Characteristics of Trogoderma variabile

文章研究了花斑皮蠹的生活史、发生规律及生活习性。结果表明花斑皮蠹在陕西咸阳地区1年发生1～2代,以不同龄期的幼虫越冬,越冬代蛹期平均6.9 d,第1代蛹期4.7 d,第1代卵期平均9.8d,第2代卵期平均7.5 d,成虫平均寿命约15 d,每雌虫平均产卵量约51粒;幼虫化蛹历时60～80 min,孵化历时10～15 min,幼虫多6～7龄,龄期10～13 d;幼虫耐饥饿能力为初孵幼虫7～24 d,老龄幼虫1～2年,饥饿中的幼虫无互相残食的习性;饥饿365 d以上的幼虫其成虫生殖力下降60%以上。

The life cycle, regularity of outbreak and living habit of the Trogoderma variabite were studied. The results showed that Trogoderma variabite occurs 1 -2 generations one year in Xian- yang, Shaanxi Province, and overwinter as different aged larvae. Pupae overwintering is about 6.9 d, the first pupae generation is 4. 7 d, and egg stage is about 9.8 d. The second egg stage is 7. 5 d and the average life of adult is about 15 d. The fecundity per female is 51 eggs. Pupating of larvae lasts 60- 80 min and hatching needs about 10-15 rain. Most of the larvae have 6-7 instars and every instar is about 10-13 days; the newly hatched larvae is 7-24 d and the eider larvae can tolerate starvation a- bout 1-2 years. The hungry larvae don＇t have the behavior of feeding each other. Adult developed out of larvae starved for 365 days have their fertility declined to 60%.
