摘要
初创小企业越来越多地采用团队模式创业,大公司也在不断地将团队理念引入高层管理团队决策过程。初创小企业的创业团队企业家精神通过传承过程演化为大公司高层管理团队企业家精神。从企业动态成长的角度看,创业团队个体成员与创业团队(或公司)之间健康的心理契约关系有助于形成积极的组织承诺,从而使创业团队企业家精神得以强化;相反,心理契约关系的破裂以及由此引发的心理契约违背将导致创业团队企业家精神的退化。
Not only more and more small enterprises start their business by entrepreneurial team, but also big company tries to introduce the team idea to the process of decision. It is a entrepreneurship succession process to change from entrepreneurial team in the small business to top management team in the big corporation. At the angle of business growth, healthy relationship in psychological contract between individual and entrepreneurial team (or corporation) will benefit to form active organizational commitment. On the countrary, psychological contact breach and its corresponding violation will lead to the entrepreneursbip degeneration of entrepreneurial team.
