Attention to rural infrastructure construction is not only the fundamental need to develop the rural economy and consolidate agriculture fundamental status, but also the key to build a new socialist countryside. In the process of effectively strengthening the rural infrastructure ,we adopt the satisfaction surveys and know the order of the farmers＇ practical needs ,which helps to determine the focus of financial support and the category of priority, to build a wide range of rural public goods investment in building systems and adhere principle of paying attention both to construction and to management.
