摘要
本文介绍了2008年初发生的雨雪冰冻灾害造成陕西省森林资源价值损失的评估方法及初步评估结果,提出了今后林业生产建议,为林业灾后恢复重建规划的编制和重建工作提供了重要依据。
The methods to evaluate the loss forest resources caused by snow and freezing in 2008 were described. The result from the evaluation was also presented, providing an important basis for re-design and re-construction effort.
