美国大果松育苗技术研究

摘要 通过对美国大果松和油松种子的发芽率、发芽势,苗木生长量及苗木感病率,不同营养土配方上培育的大果松苗木生长指标测定分析,结果表明:美国大果松种子的发芽率、发芽势,苗木生长量均高于油松,而大果松幼苗的感病率则低于油松;在沙土比为9:1的基质上培育的大果松苗木的高、径生长量最大。 Germination percentage and germination energy, growth and infection rate on Pinus coulteri D. Don and Pinus tabuaeformis seedlings were measured and analyzed. Moreover, height and diameter above the ground (DAG) with P. coulteri D. Don seedlings cultivated in various nutrient soil were measured. The results showed that germination percentage, germination energy and seedling growth P. coulteri D. Don were higher than that of P. tabuaeforrnis. However, the infection rate of P. coulteri D. Don seedlings was less than that of P. tabuaeforrnis ones. P. coulteri D. Don seedlings has a highest growth in height and diameter in the nutrient soil with a ratio of sand to loess to be 9:1.
