摘要
以品质双高雄性不育系932197A为母本,以双低品种(系)84001等为父本通过测交、连续回交获得芥酸含量<1%、硫甙含量<40μmol/g的双低雄性不育系及其保持系96F001A、B。用双高恢复系材料933001、933025与双低品种(系)8840894等杂交,自交分离选择获得了95SF035等双低恢复系。研究表明套帐隔离回交较单株成对交可减少回交世代数,缩短双低转育年限,连续2~3代单株分析筛选可提高双低单株成系的品质稳定性。
The CMS line,such as 96F001A with low erucic acid content (<1%) and low total content of glucosinolates (<40μmol/g),as well as its double-low maintenance lines such as 96F001B,have been developed with 932197A(double high CMS) and the double low varieties (84001 etc .)in a backcrossing program.The results showed that the backcross times and breeding period would be decreased by the wind pollination in a gauze-covering population instead of the artificial pollination in AB plant pairs and that the continuous analysis of glucosinolates and erucic acid in 2 or 3 generations of offspring will increase the stability of double low character of the lines.The double low restoring lines (95SF035 etc .)have been obtained from crossing double high restoring materials with the double low varieties.
